If you are using Windows 95, the full list of available programs can be read whenever you click on OPEN FILE. As you go through the SLIPS you will find the recommendation to use one or another specific program. You can make it full screen by using the specific command in your toolbar. You do not have to leave SLIPS to do this, since you can minimize the screen.
If you are not using Windows 95, which allows multitasking, you will have to close SLIPS, then run a given program. There is one Windows program in the group, and this does require VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows system file.
